Tripp joined the Center for Global Initiatives in June of 2008.  He manages award funding for students to complete global engagement experiences and co-directs the GO! Initiative to provide students with a framework on culture and ethics for their global experiences.

As the Fulbright Student Program Adviser and Fulbright Scholar Representative for The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he garnered the distinction of being a top producer of Fulbrights among major research universities.  In addition, Tripp is the designer for the center and manages data related to global engagement.
