Using this Tool Kit and Manual enables programs to determine the extent to which they meet program expectations and achieve desired outcomes. The Tool Kit provides sample items and instruments for quality data collection, while the Manual describes methods to plan and implement effective evaluations. Together, these products allow staff to gather pertinent information to help manage the program, improve its processes, and determine its outcomes. Used in these ways, this Evaluation Tool Kit and Manual can serve to enhance program success.
